Christo & Co has a fully qualified Rating Team of Chartered Surveyors with years of experience and a proven track record in successfully challenging rating assessments.

Under the 1990 and 1995 Valuation Lists we achieved substantial reductions for clients resulting in significant savings.

2000 Rating Values are effective from April 1, 2000 to March 31, 2005

Rating appeals can be lodged at any time throughout the life of the list but back-dating reductions is limited to 6 months maximum from the date of appeal. The cut-off dates are 1 April and 1 October each year.
