Valuation Surveyor

An exceptional career opportunity exists for a qualified Surveyor to join at an associate level.

Applicants should have at least 2 year's post qualification residential/commercial valuation experience, ideally, most of which has been gained in general practice.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and commitment together with the ability to work on their own initiative, as well as the ability to develop new business opportunities.

Property Manager

The candidate will assist with the general administration and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. The ability to communicate at all levels with tenants/landlords and building contractors is imperative. Experience is more important than qualifications.

Commercial Agent

We require an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join an established and extremely busy practice. The applicant must have at least 3 year's experience with all aspects of Commercial Property, Sales, Lettings and Acquisitions.

Building Surveyor

An excellent career opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join at Associate level.

The successful candidate should possess at least 4 years post qualification experience in all aspects of Building Surveying, Project Management, including Schedules of Dilapidation, Conditions, Party Wall Awards, Contract Administration and Preparing Specifications.

General Practice Surveyor

The position can be adapted to suit those with 3 years PQE up to aspiring Associate seeking a career move. Commensurate salary package available which includes substantial bonuses.

Graduate Surveyor

Enthusiastic Surveyor with communication and computer literacy skills, either recently qualified or at APC stage RICS, to assist with Property Management, Landlord and Tenant, Rent Reviews, Valuations and associated work.

Part Time or Semi-Retired Chartered Valuation Surveyor
