As a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators, Eamonn has over 35 years experience in commercial and residential property principally throughout London and the Home Counties in respect of retail, office, industrial, restaurant and residential property. He regularly acts for both landlords and tenants in rent reviews and lease renewals and presents expert evidence to Independent Experts and Arbitrators in commercial and residential property disputes. As a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors President’s Panels, and a member of ARBRIX, Eamonn regularly receives applications to act as Independent Expert and Arbitrator in rent review and lease renewal disputes, and receives PACT (Professional Arbitration on Court Terms) from both private and RICS appointments in respect of lease renewals as an alternative to court proceedings. Eamonn also acts for claimants and defendants as expert witness and as single joint expert appointed by the Parties or the Court in commercial and residential property disputes. As an RICS registered valuer he regularly undertakes both commercial and residential valuations for various purposes and provides advice on all valuation issues.
