Landlord and Tenant Surveyor – Newly Qualified or Up To Two Years Post Qualification Experience

Our Requirement:
We are looking for a surveyor to take overall responsibility of the established professional services department of Christo and Co based in Camden Town. The surveyor must have experience of working within a lease advisory department an MRICS qualification and a good understanding of Landlord and Tenant Legislation.
Summary of Role:
This is a client focused role developing and maintaining a strong base of internal and external contacts requiring the collating of evidence and compiling pre-negotiation and advisory work reports, negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders and re-gears on behalf of landlords and tenants and preparing reports for 3rd party referrals and heads of terms for lease renewals whilst working closely with the property management and commercial agency teams.
The ideal candidate should possess experience, preferably with a demonstrated background in lease consultancy and a strong eagerness to enter this sector.
