We are seeking an experienced Commercial Negotiator of all aspects of Commercial property
Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with the sales and lettings process for commercial properties , ensuring smooth transactions from initial enquiry to completion.
Negotiating lease terms, sale prices, and other commercial terms on behalf of clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders.
Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice on market conditions.
Preparing and managing property listings, marketing materials, and contracts.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property sales and lettings.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
A proactive and results-driven approach.
Knowledge of the local retail property market.
